About me
Lars Paliza
I was born on December 4, 1989, in the Philippines, and moved to Switzerland at around six years old, where I completed all of my schooling. I've been married since 2020 and am a proud father of four wonderful children.
Paliza Construction Consulting is independent and works for you on the ground in the Philippines, built on over 13 years of hands-on experience in metal and construction work — including 10 years as a chief installer on large-scale projects.
Thanks to that experience, I recognise and understand what happens on a construction site — and I can pass it on to you honestly and in plain language. My role is clear: on the ground, I'm your eyes and ears. I document with photos and videos, keep you up to date, and act as the link between you and the site. Construction decisions and responsibility for the work itself stay with you and the professionals you engage — not with me.
All beginnings are difficult, and the road here wasn't always easy. But I wouldn't change a thing. My experiences have made me who I am, and I've learned from every step — my clients benefit from that today.
My role is that of a reliable link: I observe, document with photos and videos, report honestly, and act as the go-between for you and the construction site. I do not make construction decisions and I take no responsibility for the work of the executing firms — that stays with you and your professionals. What I promise you is honest, transparent communication, so you keep a clear overview and can make good decisions, even from afar.
